Notifications not working?

Reminders are optional. If you've enabled them, make sure PrayerMemo has notification permissions in Settings > Notifications > PrayerMemo. You can also adjust or disable reminder timing from within the app.

Premium — subscriptions and Lifetime

Premium is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase — all through the App Store. Monthly and annual plans auto-renew and can be managed in your Apple ID settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Restoring a purchase

If you've already purchased Premium and it's not showing, use the Restore Purchases option in the app's settings screen. This works for both subscription plans and the Lifetime purchase.

Apple Offer Codes

Apple-managed Offer Codes, when available, may be redeemed through Apple's redemption sheet — accessible from within PrayerMemo or the separate App Store app. PrayerMemo does not issue or manage these codes.

Privacy & iCloud

Your prayer data is stored on your device and, if enabled, synced through your personal iCloud account. PrayerMemo does not store your prayer requests, people, or notes on any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Optional AI-assisted features

Some Premium features use AI to help clean up prayer text or draft follow-up messages. When you trigger one, the relevant prayer title, text, and person name may be processed securely. You review and edit any result before using it. Nothing is sent without your action.

Contacts

PrayerMemo uses Apple's system contact picker to help you add a person. Only the selected contact details you choose to use, such as name and phone number, are saved — your full address book is never uploaded or stored.

Newsletter unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from PrayerMemo Weekly, click the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Newsletter signup is entirely separate from the app itself.
