Terms of Use

PrayerMemo is a personal tool for tracking prayer requests and follow-up. By using the app, you agree to use it for lawful personal purposes only.

You are responsible for the content you enter in the app. PrayerMemo does not review, monitor, or moderate user-entered prayer content.

PrayerMemo is not a substitute for professional counseling, mental health services, medical advice, or pastoral care. The app is a personal organization tool, not a crisis or emergency service.

If you or someone you know needs immediate help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

You are responsible for the data you enter in PrayerMemo. Because your data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account, PrayerMemo cannot recover lost data on your behalf.

We recommend keeping iCloud backup enabled if you want your prayer data to be recoverable across devices.

Premium features are available as in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed and governed by Apple. PrayerMemo does not process payments directly.

Premium is offered in three forms:

• Monthly subscription — auto-renews each month until cancelled.
• Annual subscription — auto-renews each year until cancelled.
• Lifetime — a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Not a subscription. Lifetime provides access to Premium features for as long as PrayerMemo is available and supported.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

If you have already purchased Premium, you can restore your purchase at any time through the Restore Purchases option in the app's settings.

Apple-managed Offer Codes, when available, may be redeemed through Apple's redemption sheet — accessible from within PrayerMemo or the separate App Store app. PrayerMemo does not issue or manage these codes.

For refund requests, please follow Apple's standard App Store refund process.

Some optional Premium features use AI-assisted processing. When you explicitly trigger these features, relevant prayer content (prayer title, prayer text, and person name) may be securely transmitted to generate a result. You review and edit any output before using it.

AI-generated content is a starting point. PrayerMemo makes no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated drafts.

Joining PrayerMemo Weekly is entirely optional and separate from using the app. Subscriber information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

PrayerMemo and its design, branding, and code are owned by PrayerMemo. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app or website without permission.

PrayerMemo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
